What happens if my order gets lost?
If an order is being shipped anywhere in the US and is lost in transit, a replacement may be provided depending on availability. If a replacement is not available a refund will be issued to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. If an order is being shipped internationally and is lost in transit a full refund will be issued – replacements are not available for lost international shipments.
NOTE: Please be aware that we are not responsible for any package that is lost or mis-delivered if incorrect address information is provided on the order form.
What is the return policy?
You may return a tee for a refund as long as you contact us within 60 days of the original purchase date. All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage, stains, pet hair, or strong odors. To get an official copy of our return instructions please contact us.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive an item that is damaged, or if you receive something other than what you ordered, please contact us right away and provide a photo of the item. We will do our very best to replace your item but please be aware that a refund may be issued if we are not able to provide a replacement.
